The short version

We don't store your personal information. Your interview answers, profile details, and visa history stay on your device. We process your answers with AI in real time and discard them immediately after generating your feedback.

What data stays on your device

Your country, occupation, and travel details

Your mock interview answers
Your AI-generated feedback, scores, and strategy
Your practice answers

All of this is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device except when sent to our AI for analysis. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

What we process (and immediately discard)

When you submit your mock interview for analysis, your answers and profile are sent to our AI service (powered by Anthropic's Claude). The AI generates your feedback and returns it to your browser. We do not log, store, or retain your answers or profile data on our servers after the response is sent.

Payment data

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your credit card number, bank details, or payment credentials. Your payment provider may store data subject to their own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how people use the site (e.g., which pages are visited, how far through the flow users get). This data is aggregated and anonymous — we cannot identify individual users from it. We do not use tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers.

No accounts

VisaReady does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any identifying information unless you voluntarily contact us for support.
