What this service is

VisaReady is an AI-powered interview preparation tool. It analyzes your mock interview answers against patterns from real visa outcomes and provides coaching feedback to help you prepare for your US visa interview.

What this service is NOT

VisaReady is not legal advice. We are not attorneys, immigration consultants, or affiliated with any government agency. The feedback provided is educational and based on statistical patterns — it is not a substitute for professional legal counsel. If you need legal advice about your visa application, consult a licensed immigration attorney.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee any visa outcome. Visa decisions are made solely by consular officers at their discretion. Our tool helps you prepare, but the final decision is entirely outside our control. Your purchase is for the preparation service itself, not for any particular result.

Usage limits

Each purchase includes 3 rounds of AI-scored coaching (1 initial analysis + 2 practice rounds). You may review your strategy and previous answers at any time. Additional coaching rounds require a new purchase.

AI disclosure

All feedback, scores, and coaching in VisaReady is generated by artificial intelligence. The AI is informed by expert knowledge of consular decision-making and statistical analysis of real visa outcomes, but the specific feedback you receive is generated in real time and may not always be perfectly accurate. Use your own judgment.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Limitation of liability

VisaReady is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to visa denial, travel disruptions, or financial losses. Your maximum remedy is a refund of the purchase price.
